Payment for accommodation and services provided by the hotel is made in cash, by cashless payment or by credit cards, according to the price list. Payment for accommodation and additional services on the spot are made in cash in the national currency – Ukrainian hryvnia.

For guaranteed bookings, a prepayment of 50% of the accommodation is made, except the special offers. The resort administration keeps the right to refuse the providing the services to guests in case of non-fulfillment of the conditions specified above.

The guest can cancel the reservation for accommodation without penalties under the terms of cancellation. Conditions for cancellation of the applicable fare are indicated in the booking confirmation and valid for the whole period of the reservation. In case of changing the departure date – the refund is considered individually in accordance with the rules of tariffs.

In the case of a reservation, a standard room rate from 1 to 21 days of stay – the reservation can be canceled minimum in 48 hours prior to arrival without penalties. In case of untimely cancellation of reservation – 50% of the cost of accommodation is non refundable. Prepayment is made at least 48 hours before arrival.

Penalties vary depending on the applicable fare and are indicated in the booking confirmation.

When staying at the hotel for less than one day, the fee is charged in the amount of the full cost of the one night of the stay.

Refunds are made only if there is a receipt for payment of hotel services within one hour from the time of settlement, provided that the guest did not use the room.

Early check-in (until 14.00), or late check-out (after 12.00) is given to guests upon availability of rooms of the appropriate category and is paid according to the hotel’s price list (100% of the room rate per day).

Upon arrival, the visitor presents a identity document (passport, driver’s license, foreign passport) fills in the registration form and pays for accommodation at the hotel. The administration reserves the right to refuse to render services to guests who have not submitted an identity card or refused to pay their residence.

Guests staying in your room after 23:00 must apply for check-in and check-out.

All additional services (breakfast, children’s club, etc.) are paid by the guest directly on the spot.

On the day of departure, the key of the room is given to the administrator. If you inform us in advance of your departure of the hotel administrator, we will try to shorten the time of your departure.
